Provider Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Serwish handles information from providers, partner businesses, and servicemen who use Serwish provider tools.

Information we collect

• Business profile, owner/contact details, phone number, email, address, service categories, service area, documents, photos, bank or payout details where enabled, and subscription or settlement records.
• Booking activity, assigned jobs, provider availability, ratings, customer communication, support requests, location where required for job fulfilment, and device/notification information.

Use of information

Provider data is used to verify and manage provider profiles, show services to customers, assign or track bookings, process payouts or subscriptions, provide support, improve marketplace quality, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Sharing

Serwish may show provider name, company name, service images, ratings, service details, price ranges, and service area to customers. Customer-specific details are shared with providers only when needed to fulfil a booking.

Retention and deletion

Providers may request profile correction or closure by contacting support@serwish.in. Some transaction, tax, payout, dispute, and legal records may be retained as required.
