Provider Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to providers and servicemen offering services through Serwish.

Provider responsibilities

• Maintain accurate business, contact, service, price, availability, and service-area information.
• Accept only work that can be completed professionally, safely, and within the committed schedule.
• Carry appropriate tools, follow safety standards, respect customer property, and communicate clearly before adding extra charges or work scope.
• Do not collect unauthorized payments, misuse customer information, spam customers, or move Serwish bookings outside approved processes.

Quality and disputes

Serwish may review customer complaints, ratings, photos, chat records, and booking history. Repeated quality issues, unsafe behavior, fraud, or policy violations can lead to warning, reduced visibility, suspension, or removal.

Payments, commissions, and payouts

Provider earnings, commissions, subscriptions, settlements, refunds, penalties, and taxes depend on the active commercial configuration shown in the provider panel or communicated by Serwish.

Compliance

Providers are responsible for licenses, taxes, staff conduct, identity accuracy, and legal compliance related to their services.
